Programs

Adult Day Health Care
The Adult Day Health Care Services is a community-based program that provides medical, rehabilitative, social and recreational services to elderly persons and other adults with functional impairments either physical or mental, for the purpose of restoring or maintaining optimal capacity for self care.

The program includes:
– Medical/Nursing Services
– Psychiatric Services
– Social Work Services
– Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy)
– Nutrition Services
– Recreational and Social Activities
– Emergency Services

Adult Day Care
For those who are not in need of our health care program, the center provides Day Care program.

The following services are available for our Day Care program participants:
– Social Work Services
– Activity Program
– Respite for Caregivers

Information & Referral Services are available in English, Spanish, Japanese and Filipino.

Senior/Adults enrolled in the Center will receive:
– Daily nutritious meals and snacks

Transportation to and from the Center can be arranged.

Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Administrator

Ms. Evelyn Andamo, MPA, OT, Administrator

Ms. Andamo has senior management experience for more than 30 years. She had work experience as Director of Occupational Therapy Departments at Long Beach General Hospital, Harbor UCLA Medical Center , and University of California Medical Center at Irvine. She also held the position of Clinical Director, Rehabilitation Center of Orange County. She is an author, editor and lecturer locally and nationally in the areas of rehabilitation therapy and management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters degree in Public Administration with a major in Health Services. She held a clinical faculty associate position at University of California, Irvine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, College of Medicine and guest lecturer at the University of Southern California, Department of Occupational Therapy. She is currently a Clinical Affiliate of California State University, Dominguez Hills, Occupational Therapy Department.
